1 - Download the file
Follow the steps below to install the DF11 Default faces into Football Manager.
Take note that many skins on this website do already have the DF11 Default faces on board.
Windows OS users need 'Winrar' (or 7zip) to extract the downloaded file.
Mac OS users need 'The Unarchiver' to extract the downloaded file.
Proceed to step 4 to set your in-game settings correctly.
4 - Start your Football Manager 20** game and open the in-game settings 'Preferences > Interface'.
* Click the "Clear Cache" button 1x.
* Untick the following line: "Use caching to decrease page loading times".
* Tick ON: "Reload skin when confirming changes in preferences".
* Confirm the changes to reload the skin.
There should be a box that pops up saying: "loading image data for the new skin".
Check the help page first for solutions by any DF11 related problem.
DF11 Default file
3 - When playing with the standard in-game skins:
Place the extracted 'DF11 Default' folder in the following directory of your computer system:
C:\Users\Username\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 20**\graphics
Note: Create the 'graphics' folder yourself if it doesn't exist already at the indicated location.
3 - Playing with 'custom' skins (Skins created by others, for example, Flut skin, Andromeda skin, etc)
Place the extracted 'DF11 Default' folder in the following directory:
C:\Users\Username\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 20**\skins\"skin-name"\graphics\pictures
Once this is done the DF11 Default face(s) should appear in your game for all
the game characters without a DF11 face in Football Manager.
You can request a missing DF11 face via the DF11 Request page.
We are happy to create a DF11 face for players that don't have a face yet.
