1 - Download
2 - Extract the donwloaded file with 'Winrar' to one of the destination folders.
> When playing the default (standard) skins <
Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 20**\graphics\
(You have to create the 'graphics' folder yourself if it doesn't exist already!)
> When playing with custom skins <
Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 20**\graphics\

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
Some custom skins have already included a type of flag to their personal taste.
You can replace those flags by moving inside the skin folder
and search for the flag folder wich most likely is placed in the
'graphics - pictures' folder of the skin.
Check if your in game settings are set correctly!
