Most of the skins are optimized for Full HD resolution screens (1920x1080 or larger / Fullscreen).
If you have a lower resolution screen, you might need to activate the 'zoom function' from the preferences screen.
Downgrade 'zoom' under 100% and the HD skins will work fine at most times.
